From 3 November 2025, new sectors will be added to the myErgani card for working hours tracking system. Specifically the Wholesale, Energy, Finance Service and the Administrative and Support operations in Tourism. JobFestival – Επί το Έργον will take place in both Athens on 27-28 February 2026, but sooner in Thessaloniki on 14-15 November 2025.

A new strike has been declared by the Supreme Administration of Unions of Public Servants (ΑΔΕΔΥ) and other unions like the Athens Labor Centre (ΕΚΑ) against the latest labour draft of the Government. The Railway (ΟΣΕ) will join with 24h strike and the Electric Railway, Metro, Tram will operate from 09:00 to 17:00 and Buses and Trolleys from 09:00 to 21:00, according to apergia.gr .

Two of the main worker union agencies in Greece have declared General Strike for 24 hours on 1st of October 2025. The union agencies are Supreme Administration of Unions of Public Servants (ΑΔΕΔΥ) and General Confederation of Greek Workers (ΓΣΕΕ) . There is a good chance that transportation means (bus, metro, etc.) will join the strike so you need to stay informed.

A humanitarian program in collaboration with the Greek Forum of Refugees. Our initiative is designed to meet the essential food needs of highly vulnerable refugees and migrants who are not receiving support through governmental services or benefits.
Please note: Asylum seekers are not eligible for this program.
What we offer:
· Food Distribution: We provide dry food packages to individuals and families in need.
· Referrals: We connect you to other organizations based on your specific needs.
· Awareness Sessions: These sessions address key challenges identified by our beneficiaries, offering vital information to help navigate difficult circumstances.

The program is implemented in collaboration with the Network for Children’s Rights and aims to support unaccompanied minors and young adults aged 18–21 who live in vulnerable conditions. Its services include job counseling, psychosocial support, non-formal education, as well as activity workshops. Relevant leaflets are attached.
From 13 to 14 September at Metropolitan Expo exhibition center, there will be employers open to receive resumes and discuss with them employability opportunities.

Gekko provides a new Summer School from July 7th to August 8th, 2025. The program features a diverse curriculum including English, Greek, and computer classes, along with a variety of engaging workshops.
Target group are children (12-15 yrs old) for early afternoon classes and youth (16-24 yrs old) for evening classes. Classes will run from Monday to Friday, with afternoon sessions taking place from 12:30 to 15:30 and evening sessions from 17:00 to 20:00.
Applications are now open until 27 June, Friday. For children, a guardian consent form is required. Therefore, parents or guardians must accompany the child to Gekko on their first visit to complete the necessary paperwork and confirm their participation.
Médecins Sans Frontières | Doctors Without Borders invites you to the Humanity Reloaded Festival 2, which will take place for one more year at the Stelios Foundation Conference Hall (22 Kydathinaion Street) on the 13th and 14th of June. The festival is an effort and contribution to repositioning the concept of solidarity where it belongs: in practice, not in theory, and to bring together Doctors Without Borders, CSOs, and other stakeholders with the Greek society.
