Hotel Reception Placement

Location: Hersonissos Crete                  Resort: Albatros Spa & Resort Hotel      Working period: 22/04/2025 – 20/10/2025

Company Description: Albatros Spa & Resort Hotel is a family owned and run resort hotel, offering high quality standards in combination with the traditional Cretan hospitality and friendly atmosphere. The hotel opened its doors in 1982 and it features 207 guest rooms, three F&B outlets, a wellness center, and a conference room. It is situated just a 5-minute walk from Hersonissos town and 20 meters from the beach ( www.albatros.gr)

We are looking for a new members of our team who speak English  and are willing to work in an international environment

Specifically, our new members of the Reception and Guest relation  Team will be responsible :

welcome and greet guests
inform guests of hotel rates and services
register and check guests in
confirm relevant guest information
issue room keys and direct guests to their rooms
maintain clear and accurate records of guest room bookings
compute all guest billings, accurately post charges to guest rooms and house accounts
receive and transmit messages for guests
listen and respond to guest queries and requests both in-person and by phone
provide accurate information about local attractions and services
close guest accounts and check guests out
review accounts and charges with guests during the check-out process
process accurate payment of guest accounts
monitor visitors to the hotel
What are we looking for:

·            Tourism or management School graduate

·            Good communication skills

·            Attentiveness and patience for customers

·            Efficient command of English language.

·            Team player
