Job Description 
As a Kitchen Steward, you will be responsible for washing all wares including pots and pans, placing and storing afterwards clean equipment and utensils in assigned storage areas.

What you’ll do
Maintain a clean kitchen, properly wash and sort soiled utensils
Keep the washing area free of clutter and organized
Maintain clean/dry floors throughout the shift
Properly wash, stack, and store cookware and storage containers
Maintain trash cans throughout shift and remove full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift
Maintain the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves
Follow the posted daily cookware cleaning duties
Assist in food preparation and any other duties set forth or requested by the Chef as needed

What we are looking for 
Hospitality-related kitchen experience preferred
Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
Ability to work in a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Excellent physical condition and stamina
High energy and ability to work under pressure
