BARMAN / BARWOMAN Full Time Seasonal

Company Description: Albatros Spa & Resort Hotel is a family owned and run resort hotel, offering high quality standards in combination with the traditional Cretan hospitality and friendly atmosphere. The hotel opened its doors in 1982 and it features 207 guest rooms, three F&B outlets, a wellness center, and a conference room. It is situated just a 5-minute walk from Hersonissos town and 20 meters from the beach ( www.albatros.gr)

We are looking for a new members of our team who speak English  and are willing to work in an international environment

Specifically, our new members of the F&B Team will be responsible :

* Prepare bar and supplies

* Greet and escort customers to their tables

* Present the menu and provide detailed information when asked

(e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)

*  Prepare and Serve drinks.

* care of  dirty plates, glasses and cutleries for cleaning

* Meet with the Head Cook to review daily specials, changes on the menu

and service specifications for reservations (e.g. parties)

* Follow all relevant health department regulations.

* Provide excellent customer service to guests
