The role of the Waiter is the daily operation of the hotel’s dining area and swimming pool, as well as care and cleanliness, according to the company’s standards, for their smooth operation.
As a waiter you will be responsible for ensuring that the service provided to guests meets or exceeds their expectations and to effectively handle all customer requests and complaints related to catering.
The Waiter reports directly to the F&B Manager.
