This Training Program equips participants with essential skills in restaurant and kitchen operations, staff management, and customer service within the food and beverage industry. It focuses on areas such as organizing and managing teams, maintaining professionalism, ensuring food safety, setting up and serving meals, and effectively communicating with customers to deliver exceptional service.
For many restaurants, kitchen assistants are an important part of the preparation of the food that comes out of the kitchen. They work under the direction of a head cook and each is usually assigned a specific part of the production, such as baking, boiling, making broths or preparing vegetables. They usually have several side duties in the kitchen as well that focus on keeping it clean and functional.
The course aims to offer people who wish to work in the hospitality sector (hotels, tourism, F&B) knowledge of a wide range of tasks, such as housekeeping, food and beverage service, maintenance, and security. Participants will also learn the secrets of what is called professional behaviour/appearance.
