Springboard is a free, online, three-month professional training program designed to support the professional integration of refugee women and asylum seekers into the tech and digital job market.
The program provides specialized training in key technical fields, including web development, software testing, cybersecurity, data analysis, and project management. Through Springboard, participants gain valuable skills, expand their professional network, and increase their career opportunities in the digital sector.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for Springboard, applicants must:
Identify as a woman.
Hold refugee status, asylum seeker status, or another form of international protection.
Reside in Greece.
Be university-educated and 18+ years old.
Have at least B1-level English proficiency.
Possess basic or higher-level tech skills.
Be available every Wednesday from 18:00 to 20:00.
To ensure accessibility, Sistech provides support such as free laptops, WiFi access, babysitting services, Greek language courses, and psychosocial support.
